
We operate 46 modern injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 1,000 tonnes for a full product range. All moulds are owned by the Company and are changed and maintained by our own dedicated setting teams. Capable of producing up to 205,000 pieces in a 24 hour period, the machines are constantly maintained by a dedicated engineer.
Again we have worked with our suppliers to develop and trial new machinery including the innovative twin shot moulding machines and all electric machines.
We continue to invest in machinery, tooling and personnel, with a Technical Team including our Robotics Engineer and Tool Polisher. This investment ensures we remain at the forefront of machine technology and maintenance.
All our products are made from prime food grade polypropylene which we purchase directly from the material manufacturers. Consequently both we and our customers can be assured that all material is fully REACH compliant and meets the highest standards set by both UK and EEC legislation. We are able to produce conformity certificates and safety data sheets for all our material if required by our clients.
We work with our material suppliers testing new material to constantly push the boundaries in terms of the quality and clarity of our finished products, as our new range of plastic picnic and cutlery demonstrates.
In addition to the material we also regularly have a selection of our finished products tested so clients can be completely confident of the quality of the products they are buying.
This attention to quality even extends to our recycled products. Our recycled range of gardenware products is made from our own material. We have our own re-processing unit on site ensuring even our recycled products are 100% polypropylene and free from contamination.
